The work people bring me.
I work with individuals ages 14 through 70s and beyond. I do not offer couples therapy.

Depth Work
Dream Exploration

Our dreams come to us in health and wholeness. They carry unconscious material represented by image, symbol, and story that point towards what's unresolved within. You can think of dreams like a map of your soul. We work with them slowly, in your own language and your own associations — never with a dictionary of fixed meanings.
Once, when working with someone, I remarked “Sounds like you are in quite a pickle,” and she replied, “I had a dream about a pickle last night!” That's the essence of dreams speaking symbolically to us.
“An uninterpreted dream is like an unopened letter.”
Endings & Transitions
When a chapter closes, whether or not you chose the closing.
Gray Divorce / Divorce
A marriage ending later in life is its own particular grief: a shared history, a shared social world, and an assumed future all come apart at once. We make room for the loss, the anger and the relief that often arrive together, and for the question of who you are next.
Adult Children of Divorce
A parents' separation doesn't stop mattering because you're grown. It reshapes holidays, loyalty, caregiving and your own sense of what partnership means. This work takes that seriously rather than treating it as old news.
Career Change & Retirement
Leaving a career you were known for can feel like leaving a self behind. I know that terrain personally. We look at what the work carried for you, what it cost, and what wants to come next — including the possibility of an encore chapter.
Empty Nest
The house gets quiet, and the quiet asks questions. Together we look at the identity that grew around parenting, the marriage or partnership that's now unaccompanied, and what you want this stretch of life to hold.
Relationships
Individual work on the relationships you're inside of.
Relationships & Dating
The same fight keeps circling; the same kind of person keeps appearing. We look at the pattern underneath the pattern — what it's protecting, where it was learned, and what it would take to choose differently.
Narcissistic Abuse & Manipulative, Betrayal or Deceptive Relationships
When someone has spent years editing your version of reality, the first work is trusting your own perception again. We move at your pace, name what happened plainly, and rebuild the internal ground that gaslighting erodes.
Blended Families & Step-mothering
Step-parenting asks for enormous care and offers very little authority. We work on the role you actually have, the guilt and resentment nobody says out loud, and the loyalty binds that run through the whole household.
Seasons of Life
The questions that belong to a particular decade.
Life Launching — First Half of Life
Building a first adult life: work, independence, love, and the pressure to have it settled already. We slow that down enough to ask what you actually want, rather than what you were handed.
Work / Career & Midlife Burnout
Burnout is rarely only about hours. It's about a life that costs you something you can't quite name. I spent thirty-two years in the corporate world and came through my own flame-out period, so this is familiar ground.
Parental Aging & Caregiving
Caring for aging parents reverses a lifetime of roles while grief arrives in slow instalments. We make space for the exhaustion, the old family history it reactivates, and the person you still are underneath the caregiving.
Meaningful Life — Second Half of Life
Not everyone arrives in crisis. Some are simply asking whether a life that looks fine is actually enough. This is the work of integration and wholeness — a life shaped by intention, not just momentum.
